1. Website Use

You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law, interferes with its operation, damages or disrupts PI-Tech systems, attempts unauthorized access to information or systems, or infringes the rights of PI-Tech or others.

You may not use the Website to distribute malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate another person or organization, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

2. Inquiries and Submissions

The Website may allow you to submit inquiries, project information, requests for information, meeting requests, or other communications to PI-Tech.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, confidential client records, or other highly sensitive information through a general Contact Us form unless PI-Tech has specifically instructed you to use that method.

An automated email or SMS acknowledgment only confirms that PI-Tech received a submission. It does not create a contract, guarantee project acceptance, guarantee availability, establish a response deadline, or constitute an agreement to provide services.

3. PI-Tech Services and Separate Agreements

PI-Tech provides technology consulting, managed services, software, development, artificial intelligence, cloud, data, and other technology-related products and services.

Paid consulting engagements, software licenses, subscriptions, managed services, projects, and other commercial relationships may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, subscription agreement, license agreement, or other written agreement.

Those separate agreements govern matters such as project scope, pricing, payment terms, deliverables, warranties, service levels, intellectual property, confidentiality, and other service-specific obligations.

If a separate written agreement between PI-Tech and a customer conflicts with these Website Terms regarding the services covered by that agreement, the separate agreement will control for those services.

4. Intellectual Property and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, software descriptions, videos, images, documents, and other materials, are owned by PI-Tech or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may review Website content for legitimate personal or internal business purposes related to evaluating PI-Tech and its Services.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit PI-Tech Website content without appropriate authorization, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, communications providers, or other services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PI-Tech does not control the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services merely because they are linked to or integrated with the Website.

6. SMS Program Terms

Program Purpose

PI-Tech's optional SMS program currently supports:

• Contact Us confirmation messages: automated text messages confirming receipt of a website inquiry from an individual who separately opts in to receive a text regarding that inquiry.
• Internal form-submission alerts: notifications sent to designated PI-Tech personnel who separately opt in to receive alerts when a new website inquiry is submitted.

These message types are intended for inquiry confirmations and internal operational notifications. They are not promotional or advertising messages.

Consent

SMS participation is optional.

Providing a mobile phone number, submitting a Contact Us form, using the Website, or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Website visitors must separately and affirmatively opt in through the applicable SMS consent method. PI-Tech staff participating in internal alerts must separately agree to receive those notifications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing PI-Tech products or services.

Message Frequency

For website inquiries, the program is designed to send one automated confirmation message for each Contact Us form submission for which the individual has opted in.

Internal employee alert frequency varies depending on the number of applicable website form submissions. Additional administrative messages may be sent when necessary to confirm enrollment or an opt-out request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. PI-Tech does not control charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages by replying STOP.

You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed.

If you later wish to receive messages again, you must provide a new valid opt-in through the applicable enrollment method.

Delivery

SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers, telecommunications networks, supported devices, and third-party messaging infrastructure.

PI-Tech cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered immediately or successfully. SMS should not be relied upon for emergencies or time-sensitive critical communications.

Mobile Information

PI-Tech does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS enrollment information, or SMS consent records.

PI-Tech does not provide mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS enrollment information to third parties for those third parties' own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information necessary to operate the SMS program may be processed by service providers involved in messaging, telecommunications, website operations, security, or compliance as necessary to provide those services.

Your consent to receive PI-Tech messages does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages from another organization.

7. Privacy

PI-Tech's Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information associated with the Website, applicable PI-Tech Services, and our SMS program.

Please review the Privacy Notice together with these Terms.

8. Website Availability and Disclaimers

PI-Tech makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate Website content. However, Website information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, interrupted, or contain errors.

Website descriptions of services, capabilities, technologies, pricing, or potential outcomes are informational and do not create a binding commitment unless incorporated into a separate written agreement.

PI-Tech may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or compliance purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or suitability for a particular business purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PI-Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Website or its general informational content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

These Website Terms do not alter any limitation-of-liability provisions, warranties, indemnification obligations, or other contractual terms contained in a separately executed agreement between PI-Tech and a customer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A separate agreement between PI-Tech and a customer may contain different governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions for the services covered by that agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

PI-Tech may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, Services, SMS program, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Where required, PI-Tech may provide additional notice regarding material changes.

Updating these Terms does not by itself enroll you in SMS communications, expand the types of SMS messages you previously agreed to receive, or replace a separately executed customer agreement.
